Again it is April - the autism awareness month. With lots of articles and posts, suddenly I got a chance to visit a training center for the autistic kids providing the autism treatment. It was my first time and their dramas, plays, shows, games, musical arrangement, competitions made me go speechless.
It was a session of a week organized by an autism school. Everything was so perfect. It was not even appearing that they were the children of special needs.
Their dancing, playing musical instrument, singing songs, and playing games like describing objects seeing it were very entertaining.
After the session I personally asked for their method of the autism treatment. It was just “love and care”…
I fail to notice any of the leading autism symptoms among the kids.
- They could communicate with others.
- They were quite social.
- They smile, laugh, and know to enjoy life like the other kids.
They were all given the treatment of HBOT - Autism can be treated so well with the help of the therapy was beyond my idea. Beside the HBOT, Autism children were also given a strong music therapy over there. It was not simply the singing or playing instrument. It was a total planned therapy that helps them to communicate, increase their confidence and live them a bold life, with the help of the music they could communicate with others and this helped their vocabulary too. Many were against their way of treatment, but we saw the result by their awesome performance on April 2 - on The Autism Awareness Day.
