It is quite natural to want to lose weight, believe me, especially when you are the only overgrown out of shape guy in your group of friends. You constantly compare yourself with the others around you – and often wonder if your good friends actually enjoy your company because they find your looks amusing!

Yo yo dieting is not good for your body. It gets your body weak as you put your body through a regular cycle of starvation and diet to see repeated weight loss and weight gain. This weakens your body’s systems and can even lead to serious diseases.
After the one on one diet counseling session, I decided to give weight loss with hypnosis a try. I didn’t want to go through exercises or strict diet plans. And the weight loss hypnosis program had exactly that to offer. It taught me discipline, and helped me curb my addiction to overeat!
